摘要
本文基于软件开发的瀑布模型,根据高精度工业CT检测系统的控制硬件结构和控制软件的功能需求,研究如何设计控制软件体系结构。首先,本文在检测流程控制设计中,采用Petri网建立调用规则模型和控制逻辑模型,并将其转化为有限状态机模型。然后,本文基于图形化编程语言Lab VIEW进行控制软件编码和开发,实现了该设计模型及控制软件所有功能。实际应用结果表明,采用该方法设计的控制软件运行稳定可靠。
Based on waterfall model,this paper introduces a approach to design a control software architecture for high precision industrial CT according to its control hardware and function requirements. During the design of inspection process control,Petri net based calling model and control logic model are established. The control software uses graphic programming language Lab VIEW to program,and all the required functions are realized in the software. It is proved that the stability and the reliability of the control software meet the requirements of the high precision industrial CT.
