摘要
本文介绍了田湾核电站辐射控制区全身污染监测仪的结构组成及其工作原理,以及监测仪的运行情况和使用缺陷。通过对监测仪缺陷的统计分析,发现导致监测仪故障的主要原因是工控机故障、入射窗故障和探测器故障,针对各类原因制定了降低故障的维修策略和措施。最后,根据监测仪的特点和使用情况提出了全身污染监测仪选型方面的建议。
This article mainly introduces the general structure and working principle of whole body contamination monitor being used in Tianwan nuclear power plant radiation control area,describes the monitor's operational aspects and main defects. Through the statistical analysis of monitor's defects,it is found that the main reasons of resulting in monitor malfunction are industrial computer failure,inlet window failure and detector failure,various solutions and maintenance strategies are come up with to reduce faults. Finally,according to the characteristics of the monitor and the use of it,whole body contamination monitor selection suggestions are put forward.
