内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗平坦型胃肠道黏膜肿瘤60例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Endoscopic Mucosal Resection(EMR) for 60 Cases Treatment of Gastrointestinal Mucosa Tumor

目的探究内镜下黏膜切除术（EMR）治疗平坦型胃肠道黏膜肿瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院在2013年~2015年收治胃肠道平坦型肿瘤患者60例,患者均符合EMR治疗。本研究采取注射法行EMR,并进行临床治疗效果,观察患者术中、术后恢复情况。结果平坦型胃肠道黏膜肿瘤60例患者确诊为49例为腺瘤性息肉;1例患者切除组织表现出现渗血并及时给予止血;所有患者术后进行复查,均无复发。结论 EMR治疗平坦型胃肠道黏膜肿瘤临床效果显著,创伤小,术后并发症疗少,可供临床参考。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the endoscopic mucosal resection（EMR） treatment flat type gastrointestinal mucosa tumor. Methods Flat type gastrointestinal tumors in patients with 60 cases in our hospital of 2013-2015 were retrospectively studied, patients conforming to EMR treatment. This research adopted injection line of EMR, and the clinical effect were analyzed, observed intraoperative and postoperative recovery. Results Flat type gastrointestinal tumors in patients with 60 cases were confirmed 49 cases of adenomatous polyps; 1 patients were excised tissue expression of oozing blood and promptly stop the bleeding. All patients who were checked in the postoperative visit were no recurrence. Conclusions Flat type gastrointestinal mucosa tumor by EMR treatment was remarkable, small trauma, less postoperative complications, can be used for in the clinical reference.
