苦碟子注射液的临床合理用药分析

Clinical Rational Drug Use Analysis of Kudiezi Injection

目的分析苦碟子注射液的临床用药合理性。方法选择2013年1月至2014年12月含有苦碟子注射液应用的处方共60例。分析本药的用法、用量是否符合要求规范,统计本药品不良反应。结果不符合用药指征的疾病包括心功能不全、心律失常、颈椎病、肺部感染;总计不合理用药例数17例,无给药途径不合理、溶媒不合理情况发生。依据药理作用扩大药品适应证用药主要疾病包括眼底病变、高血脂、高血压、脑供血不足以及糖尿病周围神经病变,总计26例。合并用药频率较高的药物包括维生素C、更昔洛韦、阿司匹林肠溶片等,无1例严重不良反应发生。结论苦碟子注射液的临床存在较多不合理用药情况,然不良反应发生比例低,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical drug use rationality of Kudiezi injection. Methods 60 prescriptions including Kudiezi injection were chosen, and the usage and dosage of which were analyzed and the adverse reactions were counted. Results The diseases that didn＇t conform to medication indications include cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia, cervical spondylopathy, pulmonary infection; The pharmacological-function-based medication indication expansion included diseases such as ocular fundus lesions, hyperlipidemia, hypertention, cerebral circulation insufficiency and diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which in total were 26 cases. There was none with severe adverse reactions. Conclusion There are relatively many irrational drug use situations of Kudiezi injection, however its incidence of adverse reactions was low and its security was high.
