全程护理干预在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of effect by whole course nursing intervention in nebulizer therapy of pediatric asthma

目的探讨全程护理干预在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的效果分析。方法 140例需要雾化治疗的哮喘患儿,随机分为试验组与对照组,各70例。对照组采取普通护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用全程护理干预。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、满意度以及病情知情情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率、病情知情度、对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对需要雾化治疗的哮喘患儿采取全程护理干预,可以明显提高治疗效果、对护理满意度及病情知情情况,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate effect by whole course nursing intervention in nebulizer therapy of pediatric asthma. Methods A total of 140 children patients with asthma in need of nebulizer therapy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing, and the experimental group received additional whole course nursing intervention. Comparisons were made on curative effects, satisfaction degree and awareness of illness condition between the two groups. Results The experimental group had all higher total effective rate, awareness of illness condition, satisfaction degree of nursing than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of whole course nursing intervention in nebulizer therapy of pediatric asthma can remarkably improve curative effect, satisfaction degree of nursing and awareness of illness condition. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
