公共文化服务体系下图书馆服务功能的实现与构建

Implement Library Services under the Public Cultural Service System and Build

图书是是公共文化服务体系的有机组成部分,实现与构建图书馆的服务功能是提升公共服务文化整体水平。本文以图书馆服务功能与公共文化服务体系为研究对象,提出了在公共文化服务体系下图书馆服务的构建方法:通过完善基础设施,创造良好环境;丰富资源建设,开展特色馆藏;加深文化产业合作;开展延伸服务,提升服务能力;关注特殊群体,打造服务品牌。

The books are an integral part of public cultural service system, to achieve and to build the library services is to enhance the overall level of public service culture. In this paper, library services and public cultural service system for the study, proposed construction method in public cultural service system library services： by improving infrastructure, creating a good environment; abundant resources building and developing the characteristics of the collection; deepen cultural industries cooperation; carry out extension services to enhance the service capabilities; focus on special groups, service brand.
