摘要
本文探讨了以菠萝蜜淀粉和丙烯酸单体为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸钠为引发剂制备菠萝蜜种子淀粉基高吸水性树脂的条件,结果表明在引发剂质量比为过硫酸铵:亚硫酸钠=0.10g∶0.05g,交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.014g,反应温度为75℃的条件下树脂吸水倍率最佳,为654.00g·g-1。
High water absorbent resin based on jack-fruit starch was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization, jack-fruit starch and acrylic monomers as materials, N, N'-Methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite as the initiator. The results show that resin water absorbency is so good to be 654.00g·g-1 when under reaction conditions that the mass ratio of the initiator ammonium persulfate and sodium sulfite is 0.10g:0.05g, crosslinker N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide is 0.014g, the reaction temperature is 75℃.
