面向车间层级的网络化协同加工的实际需求,对机床网络化生产管理与监控系统进行了研究,提出了一种网络化外协生产管理与监控模式,并对机床网络化生产管理与监控的体系结构、系统功能进行了设计,为网络化协同加工的异地管理和监控提供了一种支持平台,可实现网络化制造的多种功能,包括企业内部管理层、设计层与机床层的音、视频通讯、任务下达、电子图纸、工艺规划、现场信息上传与监控、设备远程管理和监控等功能。

According to the practical requirements of the Networked collaborative processing based on Workshop level, I do a research on the network management and monitoring system of machine tool. I propose a mode of Networked collaborative processing and monitoring, and design the Network production management, the structure of Monitoring system and the system function, this can provide a platform for the Networked collaborative processing and monitoring, what＇s more, it can achieve many functions, that is Enterprise internal management, the design layer and machine tools layer of audio, video communication, task orders, electronic drawings, process planning, on-site information upload and monitoring, remote management and monitoring equipment, and other functions.
