On the Present Situation of Urban-Rural Integration in Hainan——Report from 5 Urban & Rural Communities of Sanya

海南建省晚、起点低,城镇化推进相对滞后,但作为我国唯一省级单元的经济特区,近30年来,始终在努力探索特色的城乡一体化建设途径。三亚市作为海南省的副中心、国际旅游岛建设的南部核心,城乡一体化建设位于全省前列。论题以社区调研一手数据为基础,从城乡均衡、城乡保障两个方面着眼,探讨三亚市城乡一体化的发展现状,为"新常态"的海南城乡一体化建设提供现实依据。

Hainan is the youngest province in China, with low starting point and lag in urbanization. But as the only provincial level economic zone, Hainan, in the past 30 years, has been exploring ways of urban - rural in- tegration. Sanya, as the sub - center of Hainan Province and the south core of international tourism island, steps ahead in urban - rural integration in the province. Based on the survey data of communities, the article focuses on the development of urban - rural integration of Sanya in terms of urban - rural balance and security, and pro- vides practical basis for the hew normal of Hainan urban - rural integration.
