摘要
研究模拟污水处理厂进水以非稳态正弦曲线波动,通过调整非稳态进水平衡位置时好氧段不同的初始DO浓度,研究非稳态进水对分段进水工艺污染物去除的影响及控制策略控制参数.结果表明,通过恒定曝气量并控制好氧段初始DO浓度为2mg·L-1,出水平均COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷浓度最佳,分别为21.82,0.59,11.87和0.26mg·L-1;随着进水流量的非稳态波动,周期内出水COD以分段函数规律变化,出水氨氮、总氮和总磷以正弦曲线波动;从改良A/O 4点分段进水工程化设计角度考虑,设计总处理量的变化系数为1.25时可认为在安全系数范围内.
This study simulated the influent characteristic of unsteady-state sinusoidal curve with amplitude of±25% and period of 12 h,by adjusting initial DO concentration in aerobic zones at unsteady influent equilibrium position,to discuss the relationship between unsteady influent and pollutants removal,variation in step-feed process,and obtain the optimal DO control parameters in aerobic zones.The results were as follows:the optimal initial DO concentration is obtained at2.0mg·L-1.Under this condition,the effluent of COD、ammonia nitrogen(NH4+—N)、total nitrogen(TN)、total phosphorus(TP)are 21.82,0.59,11.87 and 0.26mg·L-1,respectively.With the unsteady influent fluctuation,the effluent COD exhibit a variation of piecewise function,but the effluent NH4+—N,TN and TP show with sinusoidal function.From the engineering design point of modified four step-feed process,the variation factor of total handling capacity is 1.25,can be considered within the scope of safety factor.
