摘要
在锦屏一级水电站混凝土双曲拱坝导流底孔混凝土施工中,针对混凝土结构复杂、闸门槽埋件多、结构尺寸精度要求高、牛腿、模板量大,承重模板多等特点,为了加快施工进度,确保按期发电的目标,施工中在模板选型上选用了定型模板、悬臂大模板以及施工效率高的钢结构支撑系统,确保了混凝土的内在质量和外观质量,使混凝土施工达到了美化枢纽整体建筑形象的目的。
For river diversion bottom outlet in double curvature concrete dam at Jinping I hydropower project,concrete construction is characterized with complex concrete structures,a lot of embedded parts in gate slot,high requirements for structure dimensional accuracy,large amount of forms and many load bearing formworks. To speed up construction progress and ensure power generation on time,shaped forms,large cantilever forms are selected in construction. Steel structure support system is used to ensure concrete internal quality and appearance quality with beautiful overall image.
