摘要
针对传统汽车道路滑行阻力数据处理方法中存在的问题,文章将数学理论中的穷举法应用到滑行阻力数据处理中,提出一种自筛选算法用于确定符合试验判定条件的有效数据。该算法以穷举法中的组合列举和排列列举为核心思想,运用Matlab软件实现自判断过程,准确、快速的找出试验工程师所需的有效数据。在此基础上,结合VBox Tools软件编制了一款滑行阻力测量软件,经实例验证,该软件进行滑行阻力数据处理更为高效可靠,可有效减少道路试验员的工作量,进而缩短试验周期,降低试验成本。建议在行业内推广使用。
Focused on the problems in the traditional sliding resistance data processing, applying exhaustive method in mathematical theory to process vehicle coasting resistance test data is introduced in this paper, proposing a self-screening algorithm to judge and determine the required valid data. The core idea of the method is combinations enumeration and permutations enumeration, using Matlab software to achieve the self-judge process, accurately and fast finding out the required and valid test data. Based on the required and valid data, combined with VBox Tools software, a vehicle sliding resistance measured software is programmed. It is found that applying this program to do data process is more efficient and reliable than the traditional method, it can reduce the workload of the road test engineers and driver effectively, shorten the test period and cut test cost. Expanding the application of this software in auto industry is recommended.
