摘要
传动轴是影响整车NVH性能的关键部件,为了减少汽车振动及改善乘坐舒适性,运用数学建模和理论分析相结合的方法分析了转子振动的原因,建立了传动轴的振动模型,并对影响其振动的因素进行了分析。结果表明,传动轴质量不平衡是引起其振动的根本原因;传动轴稳态离心力频率与系统固有频率相同且传动轴相对阻尼系数过小时,易引起系统共振。该结果为提高传动轴动平衡精度进而提升整车NVH性能提供了理论参考。
Driving shaft is a key part to influence NVH performance of the whole vehicle. In order to reduce vehicle vibration and improve driving comfort, the vibration model of driving shaft was established and the factors that influenced vibration of driving shaft were analyzed combined of mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis. The result shows that mass imbalance of driving shaft is the root reason that arouses its vibration, and the system is prone to resonant when centrifugal force frequency of driving shaft is the same to inherent frequency of the system and relative damping coefficient of driving shaft is too small.The conclusions provide theoretical reference to improve dynamic balance precision of driving shaft and then upgrade the NVH performance of the whole vehicle.
