摘要
整车动力性和经济性开发的首要任务是选择一款合适的发动机,其次需要进行传动系统合理匹配。采用重扭比方式,对车型的发动机进行初选,基于已选发动机和车型信息,针对动力性和经济性的具体目标,合理设计最高/低挡总速比、挡位数及各中间挡传动比等,力求最大程度提升发动机的使用效率和达到较好的动力性和经济性的平衡。
Firstly, the main work is to select an available engine in the development of the vehicle dynamics and economy, the second work is to carry out the reasonable matching for the power-train. In this paper, the preliminary power-train selection in the way of comparing the mass/torque ratio is presented. Based on the selected engine and vehicle model information, the top total gear ratio/the lowest gear ratio, the number of gears and the gear ratio are set focused on the targets of vehicle dynamics and economy to upgrade the efficiency of engine and compromise the dynamics and economy.
