后申遗时代淮安运河遗产保护与管理的思考

On the Protection and Management of Huai'an Canal Heritage in the Post- Application- for- World- Heritage Era

结合淮安运河遗产保护工作的实践,分析中国大运河申遗成功的重要意义,阐述淮安在大运河申遗过程中的价值与地位。从实现保护运河遗产、展现文化价值与延续运河功能良性互动的角度,围绕世界遗产保护管理的要求,完善活态文化遗产保护管理的措施,对平衡有效保护与适度利用之间的关系等进行思考和探索。

Based on the practice of protecting Huai＇an Canal heritage, this paper analyzes the significance of the success in applying for the world heritage of Grand Canal, expounds the value and status of Huai＇an Grand Canal during the process of applying for the world heritage. From the perspective of protecting canal heritage, presenting culture value and prolonging canal function, the paper, centering on the requirements for protecting the world heritage, makes an exploration from the aspects of perfecting the managing measures of living culture heritage protection, balancing the relationship between effective preservation and moderate utilization.
