中国政府范式理论研究正从自发走向自觉。透过《十大政府范式》,通过"价值-事实"双向度推导路径,观察变动中的"国家-社会"关系,把握中国行政改革的现实走向,丰富主体性意识支配下的"国家-社会"关系理论研究成果,进一步推进中国行政学和政府学理论的本土化研究。

The recent research on the paradigm theory of the Chinese government is changing from spontaneity to self- consciousness. Looking through the book named Ten Government Paradigms and coping with the double - dimensional derivative ＂value - fact＂ path, we can observe the changes in the state - society relations, and grasp the realistic direction of China＇s administrative reform. The contributions of the state - society relations theory research dominated by the subjectivity consciousness can be enriched, so as to further promote the locali- zation research of Chinese administrative science and governmental science theory.
