An Analysis of Dynamic Games of Citizenization of Migrant Workers under the Background of New Urbanization

农民工市民化问题是新型城镇化的核心问题。农民工新型市民化进程需要突破"显性屏障"和"隐性阻隔"等双重阻隔,需要从农民工的城市进入和城市融合两个阶段分析市民化主体与相对人之间的行为博弈,以贯通农民工新型市民化之通道。构建两阶段博弈模型,分析影响两阶段最优策略选择的控制性策略,研究发现,农民工新型市民化程度取决于两阶段双方动态博弈的强度,区域经济发展水平、市民化的愿望强度、行为一致性以及监督部门的监管效率都直接影响新型市民化效率。通过建立适应先进城市文化的心理重构、发挥主导因素的协同效应、提高经济承载力水平等方式,共同提升农民工新型市民化水平。

Citizenization of migrant workers has become a key issue in the process of new urbanization. It is necessary for the new - type citizenization of migrant workers to break through the ＂dominant barrier＂ and ＂hidden barrier＂. By means of the analysis of the behavior game strategy of migrant workers and the counterpart in the two stages of getting into city and city integration, it is found that whether migrant workers can be changed into new citizens depends on two stages of the dynamic game strength. The development level of regional economy, the aspiration intensity of stepping into city, the habits consistency and the management level of community have a direct impact on the changing process of new citizenization. The tactics of the establishment of the psychological reconstruction of adaptation advance city culture, the synergic effect of dominant factors, and the raising of bearing capacity of economy help to improve efficiency of new citizenization of migrant workers
