"服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目"——化学工程领域硕士专业学位研究生的培养试点工作实施四年来,通过积极推进专业学位研究生教育教学改革,实施"四位一体"协同培养模式,构建校内外高水平协同培养基地,建立以项目为牵引的个性化培养方式,研究生实践创新能力不断提升。

＂The personnel development program for national special needs＂ is the pilot work about training graduate students of master＇s degree in the field of chemical engineering which has been implemented for four years. During the four years, we have actively pushed the reform of professional degreed graduate education, developed the graduate students＇ability of doing practice and innovation, implemented the ＂four in one＂ cooperative cultivation model, constructed the high level of on - and - off - campus training bases and established personalized training mode so that the graduate students＇ability of practical innovation has increasingly improved.
