空间十字V8曲轴动平衡技术

摘要 针对某型号V90°气缸夹角柴油机曲轴,曲轴动平衡时需要在各个轴颈安装等效活塞连杆组件的当量环,当量环质量较大而笨重,动平衡时安装当量环很容易破坏轴颈。针对此问题,本文提出了在曲轴前后端布置具有偏心结构的圆盘,以此来代替当量环完成曲轴的动平衡,此结构已得到工程应用。 For crankshafts of a V90 ° diesel engine, rings equivalent to pistons and connecting rods are installed onto crankshaft journals for dynamic balancing test. The rings are easy to damage these journals due to extremely heavy. In response to this problem, the paper proposes to install round eccentric - structured discs on the front and rear ends of the crankshafts instead of the equiva- lent rings to do dynamic balancing test for crankshafts. This structure has been applied in engineer- ing practices.
