摘要
本文将传统一维计算以及经验公式提供有限元计算边界条件获得的温度场与试验结果进行了对比,发现存在较大误差。针对一维边界及经验公式存在的局限性,提出了利用三维CFD投影所得边界条件进行缸盖温度场计算并与试验结果进行比较,极大地提高了计算精度。
The paper compared the cylinder head temperature field of a diesel engine that was obtained by boundary conditions from One -D calculation and empirical formula to the experimental results. It was found that a larger error existed. Because these two ways were restrictive, CFD pro- jection was used to obtain boundary conditions and to calculate the temperature field, achieving a much accurate calculation. The temperature field was compared to test results.
