摘要
进行了11种杀菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌室内毒力测定和田间药剂筛选,结果表明,供试11种杀菌剂对马铃薯晚疫病菌的毒力回归方程相关性R都大于0.877 2;药剂浓度与抑制效果呈显著正相关,其中,52.5%噁酮·霜脲氰水分散粒剂的抑菌效果最好,EC50仅0.01 mg/L。田间防效试验表明,722g/L霜霉威盐酸盐400倍液作用效果最好,第1次和第2次防效分别为50.13%和83.54%,其次为52.5%噁酮·霜脲氰1 500倍液,防效分别为49.91%和73.61%,说明霜霉威盐酸盐和噁酮·霜脲氰是防治马铃薯晚疫病较好的药剂。
The toxicity tests of 11 fungicides on Phytophthora infestans were carried out in laboratory and field.The result indicated that the correlation coefficient(R)of regression equation was more than 0.8772,which suggested an effective positive correlation between reagent concentration and inhibitory effect.The best effect could be achieved by 52.5% Cymoxan famoxae and EC50 was 0.01mg/L.The field efficacy by using 722g/L Propamocarb 400 times diluents was 50.13% after first treatment and 83.54% after second treatment,and it was followed by 52.5% Cymoxan famoxae 1 500 times diluents and its efficacy was 49.91% and 73.61%respectively.It could be concluded that Propamocarb and Cymoxan famoxae were the proper fungicides against Phytophthora infestans.
