Classification of Exploration and Its Characteristics in Fujian Province——Suggestions for the Principal of "a Must-be-explored Scene"

案件现场统一勘查机制与分级勘查机制的基本做法及特点有所不用,无论采取哪种勘查模式,全省各地都不同程度地存在刑事案件现场没有得到及时勘查的现象。各地应因地制宜推行现场分类勘查机制,加强11类案件现场勘查,完善现场勘查考评,切实加强现场勘查工作,落实现场必勘。

The system of the unified exploration is quite different from that of classified exploration in the implement and characteristics and no matter which of them is accepted,the scene of criminal cases still,to some extent,cannot be explored timely in different parts of Fujian province. Therefore,classification of exploration should be expanded according to local conditions,especially for 11 kinds of criminal cases and we should also improve its evaluation and the implementation of exploration in the scene.
