集群行为视野下网络语言暴力行为与治理

"Language Violence on Web" and Its Controlling Under the View of Collective Behavior

网络语言暴力行为具备社会学集群行为的特点,实质上是一种利用网络来实施捏造事实诽谤他人、危害社会秩序和国家利益以及寻衅滋事等违法犯罪行为。与一般的集群行为一样,在众多人参与的网络语言暴力行为中参与人理性程度低、有着相对剥夺感,行为匿名性、社会控制力不足亦加剧此类行为的发生。治理网络语言暴力行为必须改变匿名性、推行实名制,追究行为人责任,并加强对网络空间的言论监管,以制止网络从众行为的发生。

Language violence on web,which essentially is a kind of illegal behavior to slander others by fabricating facts,to harm social order and national interests,to be disorderly and make trouble in public and so forth.has the traits of collective behavior in sociology. Same as the collective behavior,most participants in internet language violence have the low reasoning ability,the strong sense of relative deprivation,the anonymous behavior,the weak controlling of themselves,etc. To decrease language violence,we should change anonymity on cyber into real name system,investigate the responsibility of behaviors,and strengthen the supervision about speech on cyber to end those crowd behaviors.
