摘要
介绍了溶剂吸收法、膜分离法和变压吸附法3种常见的气体分离方法,并分析现有CO_2回收工艺存在的问题。以某炼油厂制氢驰放气碳捕集为例,从工艺流程、操作条件、运行费用等方面对3种分离方法进行了筛选。溶剂吸收法因投资、运行、维护成本均较高,膜分离法产品浓度不能稳定达到要求而不适用,变压吸附法由于投资较高,但操作简单,维护费用低,且产品气浓度满足要求。所以变压吸附法是适合制氢驰放气碳捕集的最优方法。
Solvent absorption method,membrane separation method and pressure swing adsorption(PSA) for gas separation are introduced in this paper.To capture CO_2 in the purge gas from hydrogen production unit,the three methods are screened.According to the screening results,in the aspects of technological process,operation conditions,operating cost and the others,PSA is the most optimal method for CO_2 capture of the purge gas from hydrogen production unit.
