摘要 对采自贵州盘县的91株野生西南红山茶单株茶籽油的脂肪酸组分与活性成分进行分析研究。结果表明,西南红山茶果实平均单果重25.4g,平均鲜出籽率39.1%,平均种仁含油率46.1%,平均不饱和脂肪酸含量87.82%。生物活性成分维生素E含量1.098%,角鲨烯含量0.501%,文中结合分析数据,提出了部分性状的选优参数指标。 the fatty acid and active components of seed oil from 91 wild individual Camellia pitardii Coh collected from Panxian county were analyzed and studied. The result showed that the average single fruit weight was 25.4g, the average seed - producing rate was 39. 1%, the average oil content of nut was 46. 1%, the average content of un- saturated fatty acid was 8.82%, the content of Vitamin E was 1. 098%, and the content of squalene was 0. 501%. Based on the data analysis, parameters for superior selection of some characters were proposed
