成纤维细胞生长因子在脱位牙再植术中应用的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子处理全脱位牙再植的临床效果,寻找有利于全脱位牙再植后愈合的方法。方法收集了37例全脱位牙病例(57颗)进行观察,实验组在常规处理的基础上,运用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子处理脱位牙后进行再植(A组,30颗),对照组未用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子处理牙根表面,而仅常规处理后直接再植(B组,27颗),所有再植牙常规复位固定,进行随访观察。结果 A组牙周膜愈合效果为(40.0%),B组为(14.8%),总的成功率A组为93.3%,B组为70.4%,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在促进脱位牙再植的成功具有一定促进的作用,但需要更多的病例进行比较研究,并需要进一步观察长期的作用效果。
