摘要
提升B2B电子商务业的服务创新能力对振兴国家服务经济至关重要。通过分析我国B2B电子商务业的发展现状及创新特点,从创新投入、创新产出和创新环境三个维度,采用线性综合指数评价法和层次分析法,构建我国B2B电子商务业服务创新能力评价指标体系。并通过实证研究,进一步验证评价指标体系的信度与效度,客观评价我国B2B电子商务业服务创新能力,提出具有针对性的提升其服务创新能力的途径和策略。
It is very crucial for the revitalization of the national service economy to enhance the service innovation capability of B2B e-commerce. By analyzing the development and the characteristics of service innovation in B2B e-commeroe in- dustry in China, based on the utility of innovation, from three dimensions of innovation input, innovation output and innova- tion environment, this paper tries to construct an evaluation index system of service innovation with the methods of Linear Comprehensive Index Evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process, which fits for B2B e-commerce industry in China. Via demonstration, the paper tests feasibility and reliability of the evaluation index system, and evaluates the capability of ser- vice innovation of B2B e-commerce industry in China, and puts forward the applicable tracks and strategies that promote service innovation capability of B2B e-commerce industry in China.
