基于TTF和UTAT模型的老年用户社会化网络服务采纳行为研究

SNS Acceptance of Older Users Based on the TTF and UTAT Model

社会化网络服务(SNS)可以改善老年人群的生活质量。然而由于老年人群生理和心理的特殊性,他们对社会化网络的需求和关注点与年轻人不同。另外,老年人群对社会化网络的接纳不仅取决于他们对这种新技术和新服务的认知度,而且还取决于任务与技术的匹配度。为了探究影响老年用户使用SNS的影响因素,本文采用的模型是构建在技术采纳与使用统一理论(UTAUT)和任务技术匹配理论(TTF)基础上的混合研究模型。研究发现技术任务匹配度,行为期望,社会影响以及促成因素对老年用户使用社会化网络服务的意图有显著影响,而绩效期望的影响不大。

Social networking services （SNS） can improve the life quality of the elderly population. However, due to the spe- cial nature of the physiological and psychological, their needs of social networks and the concems are different from young people. In addition, the elderly acceptance behavior of social networks not only depends on their awareness of this new tech- nology and new services, but also depends on the degree of matching tasks and technology. To explore the factors affecting elderly users of SNS, the model used in this paper is to build a mixed research model in technology adoption and use of uni- fied theory （UTAUT） and task-technology fit theory （TTF）. The study found technical tasks matching, behavioral expecta- tions, social impact and facilitating conditions for older users to use social networking services have a significant impact on the intention, but performance expectations has little impaction.
