大数据环境下,个人数据的收集、处理、交易和应用趋于频繁,伴随而来的个人数据隐私安全等问题亟待解决。受市场需求、隐私安全需要、数据追踪溯源技术发展及政府深度参与等因素驱动,个人数据溯源管理已具备条件。本文设计了由溯源管理模式、技术支撑体系、政策法规保障体系及追踪溯源管理平台等构成的溯源管理体系,可从产品和数据层面实现个人数据的追踪溯源,为解决个人数据应用与隐私保护这一两难问题提供解决方案。

Certainly, this system can serve as a total solution for the dilemma of application and protection of personal data.
