基于SWOT定量分析方法的城乡数字鸿沟弥合战略研究

A Study on the Strategy to Bridge China's Urban-Rural Digital Divide Based on the Quantitative Method of SWOT

目前城乡数字鸿沟已成为我国信息化发展的巨大障碍,弥合城乡数字鸿沟的战略亟待制定。本文基于SWOT定量分析方法,分析了弥合我国城乡数字鸿沟的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁战略关键因素,定量计算了总优势、总劣势、总机遇、总威胁力度,构建起战略四边形,确定了战略方向、战略类型、战略模式。并对研究结果进行细致分析的基础上,提出从四个宏观方面制定战略对策。

At present the urban-rural digital divide （URDD） has become a huge obstacle to the development of China＇s in- formationization, so the strategy to bridge URDD should be formulated as soon as possible. Firstly, the key factors of strength, weakness, opportunity, threat are analyzed based on the quantitative method of SWOT. After that, intensities of to- tal strength, weakness, opportunity, threat are quantificationally calculation. Finally, strategic direction, type and mode to bridge URDD are ascertained. According to the detailed analysis on the research results, this paper puts forward the strate- gic countermeasures from four macroscopic aspects.
