品管圈在缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓诊疗时间的应用

Clinical application of quality-control circle in shortening door-to-needle time for starting intravenous thrombolysis treatment for patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨品管圈在急性缺血性脑卒中患者诊疗流程中缩短患者到院至接受静脉溶栓时间(door to needle time,DNT)的应用。方法组建护理组品管圈,通过对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的静脉溶栓情况进行现状调查,分析DNT过长的原因,设定DNT目标值为60 min,并有针对性地进行整改、进行效果确认。结果通过本次品管圈活动,DNT由原来(78.14±12.41)min缩短至(59.81±11.43)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过开展品管圈活动,有效地缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者的诊疗流程中DNT,为急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗赢得了时间。

Objective To investigate the application of ＂quality-control circle＂ in shortening door-to- needle time （DNT） for starting intravenous thrombolysis treatment for patients with acute ischemie stroke. Methods Nursing group for quality-control circle was founded, the clinical situation of intravenous thrombolysis treatment for acute ischemic stroke was investigated, the reasons of over-long DNT were analyzed. The DNT target value was set to 60 rain; targeted rectification was carried out and the effect was estimated. Results After quality-control circle activity was executed, the DNT decreased from preoperative （78.14±12.41） rain to postoperative （59.81±11.43） rain; the difference in DTN between the two was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, Conclusion Through carrying out ＂quality-control circle＂ activity, DNT is effectively shortened for starting intravenous thrombolysis treatment for patients with acute ischemic stroke, therefore, clinical physicians can win valuable time in treating patients with acute ischemic stroke.
