Th17细胞和糖尿病肾病关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 Th17细胞是新型CD4+辅助性T细胞亚群,以产生白细胞介素(IL)-17为主要特征,有别于传统Th1、Th2、Treg细胞分化途径,具有独特的分化和调节机制。Th17细胞参与机体防御胞外菌感染、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病等多个重要生理或病理进程。近年来Th17细胞在2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)发病机制中的作用受到广泛关注。本文对Th17细胞的分化调节及其在T2DN方面的研究进行综述。
