美国“校外辅助项目”质量标准建设:以艺术类校外辅助项目为例 被引量:4

Quality Standards Development of "AfterSchool Programs" in Amercica——Arts-Based After-School Programs As an Example

摘要 美国的"校外辅助项目"是一种通过社会支持的方式,对学龄青少年的校外生活提供帮助和教育的系统工程。随着人们对校外辅助项目质量要求的不断提高,美国联邦教育部和司法部共同制订了校外辅助项目的"国家质量标准"。在此标准指导下,艺术类校外辅助项目率先制订出适合自身特点的质量标准,试图把艺术教育与校外辅助项目的优势融合在一起,培养学生的兴趣、个性、交流、合作和创造性等基本的能力和素养,这对于我国校外辅助项目的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。 American's "after-school Programs" is a systems to assist and educate the school-age youth for their after-school living by way of social support. As people' s quality requirements continue to increase to after-school Programs, U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Justice jointly developed the "national quality standards" of afterschool Programs. Under the guidance of this standard, arts-based after-school Programs worked out the quality standards for its own characteristics firstly, trying to Integrate the advantages of arts education and after-school Programs, to cultivate students' basic capacity and attainment on interest, personality, communication, collaboration and creativity, which is of great significance for the development of the after-school programs of our Country.
