摘要
大学高层学术职业性别结构失衡,女性高层学术人才严重缺失,已成为影响国家创新竞争能力提升的重要因素。连续6年国家竞争力位居世界首位的瑞士,近年来在国家层面和大学机构层面实施了一系列促进性别平等的战略举措,女性高层学术人才比例得到了大幅增长,女性学术人才潜能得到了有效开发。借鉴瑞士大学特别是洛桑大学高层学术职业性别平等战略的实施经验,对我国推动高层学术人才性别结构合理化,实现学术职业性别平等有一定借鉴意义。
Structural imbalance and serious talent lack of university top academic profession have been main factors influencing national innovation competitiveness capacity. Recently, Switzerland, whose national competitiveness capacity ranks first in the world for six consecutive years, has been implementing series of strategical measures to promote gender balance at national and institutional levels, which have considerably increased top female academic talent proportion and developed women academic talent's potential effectively. Borrowing from experiences of Swiss universities such as University of Lausanne in gender structural balance of top academic profession, universities in China should actively rationalize gender structure of top academic talent, and realize gender balance in academic profession, with providing new growth point for enhancing national innovation capacity.
