摘要 矿床开采设计是典型的采矿系统工程问题,运用系统工程思想及方法结合现代信息技术,对阶段高度进行优选具有重要的现实意义。基于3DMine软件的设计功能,创建矿床阶段高度优选系统,主要包括输入、建模、计算、输出4个部分,可实现地下工程的三维可视化和空间优化分析,完成一般矿山开采设计优化。阶段高度优选系统主要以矿床开拓系统三维实体模型为基础,采用多方案分析比较法,按阶段开拓单位掘进工程量最小原则选择最优阶段高度,某多层矿床阶段高度优化设计实例研究结果与矿山实际基本一致,验证了优选系统的可行性和实用性。 The mining design of deposit is a typical mining engineering. It has important realistic meaning to optimize the stage height by using the system engineering thoughts along with the modern information technology. Based on the design func- tion of 3 DMine software, the optimal system of stage height is built including inputting, modeling, calculating and outputting. Then ,3D visualization and space optimizing of underground engineering are realized to complete the mining optimization of one mine. The optimizing system is mainly based on 3D models of the mining development system, and selects the better stage height from several plans. According to the principle of minimum driving per unit, the optimal stage height is selected. A re- search on optimal stage height of a multi-layer deposit is consistent with the actual situation,which verifies that the optimal sys- tem is feasible and practicable.
