摘要
废弃印刷线路板(WPCBs)成分复杂,富含多种有色、稀贵金属,具有环境危害大、潜在价值高等特点。为使业界较全面地了解微生物在WPCBs资源化利用中的应用状况,推动该技术的发展,介绍了化能自养菌和异养菌浸出WPCBs中有价金属、微生物吸附法回收WPCBs浸出液中金属离子等3方面的发展,指出今后应加强高效菌种的选育、WPCBs微生物柱浸或搅拌浸出理论研究以及大颗粒WPCBs微生物搅拌反应器的研发等工作。
The composition of waste printed circuit boards (WPCBs) is complicated. WPCBs contain various non-ferrous and rare metals, and had the features of harm to environment and high potential value. In order to know about the research pro- gress of recycling of WPCBs by microbiological method, and accelerate the technology development, metals leaching by chemo- autotrophic bacteria and heterotrophic bacterium, bacterial adsorption was introducedIt is indicated that the future research di- rection proposed would focus on breeding of high efficient bacteria, the column leaching and the agitation leaching process, and a stirred tank reactor of the coarse-grained WPCBs,and so on.
