Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee in Preliminary Stage

香港特别行政区大学图书馆长联席会(以下简称联席会)成立于1967年,香港大学及香港中文大学图书馆为创始会员,从此两馆开始进行馆际合作及资源共享。1972年,理工学院图书馆加入,合作项目及模式较过往多元化,联席会的运作亦建立了规范。这些经验及成果对香港高等院校之后的图书馆合作及资源共享奠定了良好的基础。

Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee （JULAC） was founded in 1967, University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library as founding members, since then those two libraries began to implement interlibrary cooperation and resource sharing. In 1972, the Polytechnic Library joined, cooperation projects and mode become diversification, the operation of committee also established norms. These experiences and achievements have laid a good foundation for the cooperation and resource sharing in the libraries of higher learning institutions in Hong Kong.
