摘要
目的探讨流产绒毛染色体分析在诊断自然流产病因和妊娠指导中的作用。方法取630例自然流产患者无菌绒毛进行细胞培养和染色体制备及核型分析。结果 630例流产绒毛中培养成功609例(96.7%)。246例染色体异常(40.4%),异常核型以数目异常为主,占异常核型的87.8%,其中以非整倍体最常见。自然流产胚胎中女性胚胎380例,占62.4%;染色体异常的胚胎中,女性137例,占染色体异常胚胎的55.7%,两者均明显高于男性。结论胚胎染色体异常是导致早期自然流产的重要原因,流产绒毛染色体检查有利于查明本次流产的原因,并对下次妊娠有较好的指导意义。
Objective: To explore the role of karyotype analysis of chorionic villi among the cases of spontaneous abortion in identification of reasons of spontaneous abortion and guidance for pregnancy. Methods Chorionic villi cell cultivation,chromosomal preparation,and karyotype analysis were conducted among 630 cases of spontaneous abortion. Results Among 630 cases,609 cases succeeded in cell culture of chorionic villi( 96. 7%),246 cases( 40. 4%) were diagnosed as chromosomal abnormalities,numerical abnormality was the main type of abnormal karyotype,accounting for 87. 8%,aneuploid was the most common type. Among the fetuses of spontaneous abortion,380 fetuses were female,accounting for 62. 4%; among the fetuses of chromosomal abnormalities,137 fetuses were female,accounting for55. 7%,the proportions were significantly higher than those among male fetuses. Conclusion Embryo chromosomal abnormalities are the important reasons of spontaneous abortion. Karyotype analysis of abortion villi is helpful to identify the reasons of abortion,which can guide the next pregnancy.
