沈阳市某幼儿园3～6岁儿童膳食调查及血清25-羟维生素D_3检测

Dietary survey and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D_3 detection in children aged 3-6 years old from a kindergarten in Shenyang city

目的了解沈阳市3~6岁儿童膳食结构及机体25-羟维生素D_3营养状况,为有针对性开展健康教育活动提供参考依据。方法整群抽取沈阳市某所幼儿园3~6岁全体儿童进行身高体重测量、问卷调查及血清25-羟维生素D_3水平检测。结果获得3~6岁儿童有效问卷260份。男女童身高比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;男童体重明显高于女童,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;男童每天或每周动物性食物、油炸食品、快餐等摄入比例高于女童,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;男女童血清25-羟维生素D_3水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,25-羟维生素D_3缺乏检出率为3.5%。结论 10%~20%沈阳市3~6岁儿童的主要食物摄入频率不合理,机体25-羟维生素D_3营养状况良好,应加强幼儿良好饮食习惯培养。

Objective To understand the dietary structure and nutritional status of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_3 in children aged 3-6 from a kindergarten in Shenyang city so as to provide a reference basis for a health education. Methods Height and weight measurement,questionnaire survey,and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D_3 detection were conducted among all children aged 3-6 years old from a kindergarten in Shenyang city after cluster sampling. Results A total of 260 valid questionnaires were obtained,there was no statistically significant difference in height between boys and girls（ P〉0. 05）; weight of boys was statistically significantly weighter than that of girls（ P〈0. 05）; the intake proportions of daily or weekly animal foods,fry foods,and snake in boys were higher than those in girls,but there was no statistically significant difference（ P〉 0. 05）; there was no statistically significant difference in serum 25- hydroxyvitamin D_3 level between boys and girls（ P〉0. 05）. The detection rate of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_3 deficiency was 3. 5%. Conclusion The intake frequency of main foods among 10%-20% children aged 3-6 years old in Shenyang city is unreasonable,the nutritional status of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_3 is good,a good dietary habit should be cultured among children.
