参附注射液对新生儿重度窒息复苏后临床保护作用研究 被引量:3

Study on the clinical protective effect of Shenfu injection on neonates after severe asphyxia resuscitation

摘要 目的观察参附注射液对新生儿重度窒息复苏后患者的多脏器功能的临床保护作用。方法采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组加用参附注射液,比较两组患者血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酐(Cr)、血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平以及氧合指数(PO2/Fi O2),新生儿神经行为评分、两组患者生存率以及生存时间。结果观察组的CK-MB、ALT、AST、s Cr以及NSE显著降低,PO2/Fi O2显著升高(P<0.05);观察组新生儿神经行为评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);入组后第14天观察组存活率77.5%,对照组存活55.0%,两组生存率以及总体生存率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液可以减轻重度窒息新生儿重要脏器缺氧缺血-再灌注损伤,保护多脏器功能,改善神经行为能力,提高患儿生存率。 Objective To observe the clinical protective effect of Shenfu injection on multiple organ function of neonates after severe asphyxia resuscitation. Methods A random number table was used to divided 80 neonates into observation group and control group,40 neonates in each group. The neonates in observation group were treated by Shenfu injection; serum levels of creatine kinase-MB( CK-MB),alanine aminotransferase( ALT),aspartate aminotransferase( AST),creatinine( Cr),neuronspecific enolase( NSE) and oxygenation indexes( PO2/ Fi O2),neonatal behavioral neurological assessment( NBNA) scores,survival rates,and survival time in the two groups were compared. Results Serum CK-MB,ALT,AST,s Cr levels and NSE in observation group decreased significantly,PO2/ Fi O2 increased significantly( P〈0. 05); NBNA score in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( P〈0. 05); the survival rates in observation group and control group at 14 days were 77. 5% and 55. 0%,respectively; there were statistically significant differences in the survival rate and total survival rate between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Shenfu injection can relieve ischemia and reperfusion damage of important organs in neonates with severe asphyxia,protect multiple organ function,improve neurobehavioral ability,and increase the survival rate.
