摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为保护胶体,采用预乳化种子半连续乳液聚合工艺合成阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯乳液。探讨了不同乳化剂体系条件下,PVA种类及含量等因素对乳液聚合及乳液稳定性的影响,并对保护胶体的作用机理进行了分析。研究表明:采用m(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵CTAB)∶m(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚B9)∶m(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚B20)=2∶1∶1乳化体系、PVA-124为保护胶体的聚合体系,所制得阳离子丙烯酸酯乳液的粒径较小,乳液最稳定。
The cationic acrylate emulsion containing PVA as the protective colloid was pre- pared by using pre-emulsified semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method. The effects of different emulsifier systems, different protective colloid and dosage on the stability of emulsion were systemically investigated, and the mechanism of protective colloid is analyzed. The results show that the emulsion has smaller particle size anti exhibits optimal stability when using CTAB-B9-B20 at a mass ratio of 2 : 1 : 1 as the emulsification system and PVA- 124 as the protective colloid.
