摘要
在环保型喷漆的调色打样过程中,以LPG(液化石油气)为抛射剂,按一定料气比灌装,喷制样板,出现漆膜起泡的异常现象。为解决漆膜起泡问题,以LPG在环保型喷漆中的应用为切入点,通过单因素实验方法,研究料气比、漆料黏度、溶剂体系、助剂等因素对漆膜起泡的影响。结果表明:将料气比涮整为1.73:1,涂料黏度调整到12.5~13.5s,增加真溶剂和慢干溶剂用量,漆膜起泡现象有所改善;在配方中添加HANSA ADD 1010助剂后,成功解决了漆膜起泡的问题。
In the process of environmental color proofing paint, with LPG as a propellant, according to a certain ratio of material to air jet plate after filling, appear an abnormal phenomenon of fihn bubbling. To solve fihn foaming problem, with LPG application in environmental protection paint as starting point. Through single factor experiment method, study the ratio of material to gas, paint material viscosity, solvent system, promoter and other factors on the paint blistering. The resuh show that the film foaming phenomenon was improved, while the ratio of material to gas was adjusted to 1.73 : 1, the viscosity of paint was adjusted to 12. 5 13.5 s, the amount of true solvent and slow dry solvent was increased, after adding HANSA ADD 1010 auxiliary in the formula, the success of the film bubble is solved.
