摘要
近年来,乳品质量安全越来越受到社会的广泛关注,简、便、廉、效的检测方法越来越受到检验机构或监管部门的青睐。综述了不同污染途径乳品可能被污染的不安全物质及其快速检测方法等内容,旨在为乳品质量监测提供快速可行的参考方法。
Recently, As the quality safety of dairy product is getting a wider and wider attention, the inspection agency and the supervision department has shown a stronger and stronger eagerness to have a easier, cheaper, more convenient and more efficient way to test the quality safety of dairy product. In this essay, the unsafe substance, which could pollute dairy products polluted from different pollution pathway, and its fast test way will be summarized, aiming to provide some efficient and doable quality safety test methods of dairy product.
