摘要
采用低温等离子体对熔喷聚丙烯无纺布(PP)进行改性,在其表面引入甲基丙烯酸十二酯(LMA),以提高其吸油性能。研究溶剂对接枝率的影响,并通过正交试验和极差分析,优化液相接枝工艺条件。结果表明,甲基丙烯酸十二酯单体成功接枝到聚丙烯材料表面上,改性聚丙烯吸油材料具有优良的吸油性和保油性,且机械性能变化较小。
The modifying process of melt-blown PP non-woven fabric is carried out by low temperature plasma treatment combined with LMA polymerization. The effect of solvent on the grafting rate is stud- ied. The optimum liquid grafting condition is obtained through orthogonal experiment and single factor analysis. The results show that LMA monomers are grafted onto the surface of PP material. The modi- fied PP material has excellent oil adsorption and oil retention, and the mechanical property of the fabric is not affected.
