摘要
在一台江铃汽车公司生产的JL368Q3型汽油机上,研究了燃用不同掺混比的乙醇汽油时发动机的乙醇和碳氢(HC)排放特性及乙醇对发动机HC排放的贡献率。试验结果表明:发动机燃用各掺混比乙醇汽油乙醇排放率均不超过30g/(kW·h),且随排气温度的升高呈指数下降。发动机HC排放率比乙醇排放率高一个数量级,最大值超过400g/(kW·h),中高负荷下发动机的HC排放率最低,约为50g/(kW·h),此时乙醇排放率低于5g/(kW·h)。汽油始终是乙醇汽油发动机HC排放的主要来源,乙醇排放率只有HC排放率总量的25%左右。
A JL368Q3 engine was used to study the emission characteristics of ethanol and hydrocarbon(HC), and the contribution of ethanol to HC emission when fueled with different volume ratios of ethanol/gasoline. The experimental results show that, the ethanol emission does not exceed 30 g/(kW · h) and decreases exponentially with the increasement of exhaust temperature. The HC emission is higher one order of magnitude than C4 Hs OH emission, reaching 400 g/(kW · h). The minimum HC emission is about 50 g/(kW · h), under the middle and high loads, while C4 Ha OH emission is less than 5 g/(kW · h). For ethanol/gasoline engines, gasoline is always the main source of HC emission, and C2H5OH emission accounts for only 25% of HC emission.
