基于卓越教学视角的大学应用型人才培养模式研究 被引量:83

On the Training Mode of Applied Talents in Universities from the Perspective of Excellent Teaching

摘要 大学应用型人才培养已经上升到了国家战略层面。台湾地区2005年开始推行的"奖励大学教学卓越计划",为做好大学应用型人才培养提供了宝贵的经验和启示。通过教学卓越计划的学习,改进应用型人才培养的落脚点可以定位在教学理念、教学法、教学评估设计和高科技辅助教学四个方面。通过理论与实证研究,以卓越教学视角为指导,以药理学课程为例,进行了面向应用型临床医学人才培养的教学模式设计,文中全面论述了教学理念变革、教学法设计、高科技辅助教学方案以及学业评价体系的具体内容。 The applied talent training in universities has risen to national strategy level. Taiwan began to implement the "plan to award the excellent teaching of university" in 2005, which provides valuable experience and enlightenment to applied talents training in universities. Through studying the plan of excellent teaching, the applied talent training can be improved from four aspects: teaching concept, teaching method, teaching evaluation and high-tech-aided teaching. Through theoretical and empirical studies and guided by the excellent teaching perspective, it takes the pharmacology courses as an example to design a teaching mode for talent training of applied clinical medicine. This paper comprehensively discusses the reform of teaching concept, the design of teaching method, high-tech-aided teaching scheme and the specific content of the academic evaluation system.
