产学研协同创新中的研用对接机制探析——基于美国北卡三角协同创新网络发展实践的考察

A Study on Docking Mechanism of Research and Application in Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation

本文紧扣协同创新理论,针对"合作"与"协同"的本质差别,深入分析了产学研协同创新的内涵与外延以及与传统产学研合作平台的本质区别。通过对国内产学研协同创新平台开展实践的考察,找出我国产学研协同创新平台发展现状以及存在的主要问题:研用对接失效、企业参与机制不健全等。结合典型协同创新网络——北卡三角研究园的建设经验,揭示国外成功的产学研协同创新中研用对接机制,通过比对,找出我国产学研协同创新网络建设中亟待解决的问题以及改进对策。

Based on the Collaborative Innovation Theory and the essential difference between ＂cooperation＂ and ＂collaboration＂, the study illustrates in detail the connotation and extension of industry-universi- ty-research collaborative innovation as well as its essential difference from traditional industry-university-research cooperation. Through the research on the development of domestic industry-universityresearch collaborative innovation platform, it is found that there are several problems to be solved, such as the ineffective docking mechanism of research and application and the defective enterprise participation mechanism. Comparing the domestic collaborative innovation network with the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, USA, the study analyzes the docking mechanism of research and ap- plication abroad, thus figuring out the problems and solutions of the domestic collaborative innovation network construction.
