企业维度卓越工程师标准的探析

Investigation and Reflection on the Standards of Outstanding Engineers from the Perspective of Enterprises

卓越工程师培养是一个系统工程,高校和企业作为两大主要培养主体,承担着主要职责。全面理解卓越内涵和卓越工程师标准,是卓越工程师培养计划顺利实施的基础和前提。目前关于企业维度卓越工程师标准的研究较为欠缺。本文阐述了企业维度卓越工程师标准的意义,通过课题调研分析了企业维度的卓越工程师评价标准,并对高校如何深化卓越工程师标准认识和实施卓越工程师培养计划提出了建议。

Cultivation of excellent engineers is a systematic project. Higher institutions and enterprises, the two maior organizations for the training task, should take the major responsibility. Full understanding of excellence and standards of outstanding engineers from different dimensions is the prerequisite and basis to carry out the cultivation plan successfully. This paper discusses the significance of it. With a research project, the paper analyses the standards of outstanding engineers from the perspective of enterprises and puts forward suggestions to deepening the understanding of the standards of and ways of cultivating them.
