摘要
目前,研究生质量评价往往不区分培养投入与培养结果,对质量评价参与者的分析也不足。本文在梳理文献和访谈的基础上,提出创新能力、实践能力和发展能力及其二级评价指标。在利益相关者分析基础上,将应届毕业生和往届毕业生作为本文的评价者,对其进行问卷调查。通过独立样本T检验和均值分析法对数据进行分析,发现研究生在跨学科知识、团队合作能力和对现实问题知晓能力方面存在欠缺,需要从跨学科和跨组织两个维度组建导师组制,吸纳其他学科和业界校友来参与研究生培养过程。
At present, most of the quality evaluation of graduates ignores the difference between cultivation inputs and outputs and lacks related analyses of stakeholder. According to the literature review and interviews, the author proposes the innovation ability, practice ability, development ability and corresponding secondary evaluation indexes. Based on the analysis of stakeholders, the author regards fresh graduates and former graduates as stakeholders in this study and conducts a survey. Through independent sample T test and mean value analysis, it is found that students are weak in cross-discipli nary knowledge, team cooperation and the awareness of realistic problems. In order to solve these problems, a cross-disciplinary and cross-organizational group of supervisors must be formed, thus attracting more alumni from the industry and other industries to participate in the postgraduate education.
