摘要 放射性脑损伤(RBI)作为颅脑部肿瘤患者进行放射治疗后的常见并发症,严重影响患者的治疗效果及生活质量。研究发现,炎症反应在RBI的发生发展中扮演了重要的角色,是脑组织受到电离辐射后的急性损伤和晚期继发性损伤的主要因素。环氧合酶-2(Cox-2)是一种可诱导酶,其既受各种生长因子及炎性介质的调控,也介导合成多种前列腺素类物质,进而生成多种炎性因子,
